Scholarships

Through the generous support of the funding community, we are pleased to offer scholarships to teachers and school groups that are in need of financial assistance in order to participate in a Challenger Learning Center program.

Challenger Learning Center has a number of grant-funded programs that will allow schools to participate at a reduced cost. Schools must have a 50% minimum of student population eligible for free/reduced lunch in order to apply. The amount of funds granted is based on the amount of funds we receive, which can vary from year to year.

Applications can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed on a rolling basis

For Science Coordinators or Administrators interested in multiple schools/district-wide participation across one or more grades:

The program includes:

  • Student mission(s) and workshop(s)
  • Teacher professional development workshop
  • Pre-mission class preparation program
  • Access to additional lessons/activities
