The Challenger Learning Center-St. Louis has awarded over 50 area educators scholarships for professional development, educator resources, and student programs, including simulated space missions and workshops at the Challenger Learning Center in Ferguson. Additional scholarships are still available.
The program, which is being funded by Express Scripts, Sigma-Aldrich, and The Saigh Foundation, is an expansion of the Center’s Educator Scholarship fund. It includes additional professional development workshop opportunities for teachers and resources to develop a more robust evaluation plan to measure the program’s impact.
