Challenger Learning Center’s Response to COVID-19

As the list of schools, attractions, and businesses continues to grow, we wanted to make you aware of how the Challenger Learning Center is handling the COVID-19 Virus.

As mentioned in earlier communications, the Challenger Learning Center follows the Ferguson-Florissant School District’s lead in closing for weather or other safety-related issues. The District, along with many others in the St. Louis region will be cancelling all scheduled programs starting Monday, March 16 through April 5.

Once we are cleared to re-open to the public, we will contact all groups and individuals who had a reservation during the closure to re-schedule using the following processes:

School Groups: In order for us to manage the rescheduling process, we will send you a form with available timeframes that you can indicate your preferred date(s)/time(s).

Scouts, individuals/small groups scheduled for a public mission or birthday parties: We will contact you via email with new program dates for you to choose from.

Given that our calendar for this school year is mostly full, we anticipate having to reschedule many of the programs, especially school/weekday programs for next year. If you are unable to reschedule, we will work with you to offer a refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.

Thank you for your continued confidence in the Challenger Learning Center and our dedication to providing safe, engaging, and impactful programs for all. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (314) 521-6205 or info@clcstlouis.org.
